The location, close to the beach and restaurants.
This place lacks attention, very dusty and a bit dirty. There were not enough blankets in the room and we had to ask for extra. Also had ask for a cloth to clean the surfaces. The sofa in the living room was as hard as a rock to sit on, very uncomfortable. The building is good but the furniture, mattress and pillows are of very low quality. The pictures on the website deceive you. It was very hard for us in our sixties to climb to the top floor with our luggage. Parking is on the street.

The location was great
The cleanliness. The floors were black and absolutely disgusting. Our feet were constantly black. Cockroaches were running around at night. The shower head kept falling down. The outside area was covered in bird poo. We just felt disgusting the whole time we were there.

Excellent location to eating facilities, major shopping centre and the beach. Property, in both my room and external facilities was very clean. Staff met me promptly on arrival. Single secure car parking space provided and very much appreciated. We very much enjoyed our stay, We will be back!

Great location and great value for money a group of 5 of us stayed and everyone had a bed and it was self contained apartment and walking distance to all the cafes and shops and beach

The pool was clean and very nice. The staff were helpful and immediately cleaned our room when we advised of how dirty it was.
The room was dirty, the floor appeared to have been hoovered but not mopped, our feet turned black from walking on it and worst of all a spot of what I'm sure was blood on the bathroom floor. The dishwasher smelt so bad it made us retch. The dishes were put away in the cupboard dirty, one cup had a big piece of dried onion stuck to it. The sofa bed is more like a medieval torture device than a bed. This was not a cheap place and way less comfortable than the holiday park we went to afterwards for a hundred dollars a night less.

Mould, stained carpet, dirty toaster, room smelt, couldnt sleep with doors/windows closed due to smell, smelly uncomfortable couch.

On first impressions it was clean and tidy the communal area was clean and well maintained, beds were ok we had everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The location was good to the beach and shops n restaurants
-the couch it was so uncomfortable , all four of us could not sit and watch tv together all furniture is due for an update all mismatch
-the bed in master is due for an upgrade and when you do get a king or queen at least the room has the space and you want a better bed than u have at home not smaller
- both fans in the bedrooms dont work properly
- bathrooms have musty smell mouldy tiles In shower
-remote on tv not working properly either
- the sliding outside door need maintenance
- the noise from upstairs was almost unbearable just from people walking around
I would have addressed these issues with reception at check out but no one was in ,which was fine so Ill let u know here. I understand that the property is only a 3.5 star but we paid a lot and excepted a bit more for our money .
