Great aspect and very spacious.
There was a lot of dust on the shelves and door surrounds. Its needs a thorough spring clean. The appliances look tired and we couldn't read the dial on the dishwasher as it had rubbed off. The internet connection was very poor and not up to standard. 3MB upload was accepted 15 years ago. Construction next door starts at 7am so it is impossible to sleep in.

We were here for the groundwater music festival. It was right in the middle of everything. Close to both big stages. Two minutes from the beach. The restaurants are at right downstairs
The balcony is a little too closed in with windows down one side, cant sit and see the water.

The unit was place in the weirdest place a lot like a rabbit Warren. No privacy as apartments from other blocks could see right into main bedroom.

The apartment was very tired looking furniture and decor needs a facelift there was alot of dust on the shelves Definitely wasnt value for money and also was t informed about the noise from building works across the road

Location layout and facilities.
The noise from the construction site!! Also I asked to be on a higher floor, this would have helped with some of that noise. Everyday at 5:20 a man collected the garbage across the street and woke us up. Room could have been cleaner. The carpet also needs cleaning.
