The apartment was big enough for a couple to enjoy. Balcony was lovely and there was a washing machine and dryer to use. The location was central and it was a 1km walk into Queen St Mall. Good food choices in the area and coffee shops downstairs. Parking can be arranged before arrival. The apartment was quiet and after hours check in was no issue, full instructions were emailed.
The shower door wasn't the best for keeping water in. The drain hole is quite small and the water drained slowly or escaped on the bathroom floor.

The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Very good water pressure in the shower. Very good kitchen and laundry facilities.
Carpet in bedroom corner was coming away from the wall. Carpet rug in the lounge was 10cm up the wall.
Regarding keys. Only one set was issued in the after hours locked box. My concern was that we were going out that night and if my handbag was stolen with the key in it, we would have no way of accessing the room, building or even our car. In such an event, we would be rendered homeless for the night. We carefully checked the information folder for an after hours emergency contact but could not find one. This needs to be made explicit in the information folder.

Well furnished. extremely clean. The room is spacious.
Good if the door is automatically locked when we leave the room. Most hotels have this, and many guests would assume that the door is locked the moment they leave the room.

Always a great stay at the Vine. Very handy to South Bank. The room as usual was clean and beds comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. A great little coffee shop on the corner.
Oh the carpark, watch out for the corners, very tight :-)

The location was great, nice and close to South Bank
Neither the lounge room or bedroom air con worked, and we arrived at 5.30pm after the reception had closed so had to wait until Saturday morning 9am to speak to someone. We were advised after they looked at the air con that they could not get anyone in to fix them until during the week after we had checked out and did not offer us any other option. I went back to them and asked to either be moved rooms or please refund us for Saturday night so we could move somewhere with air con. After half an hour we were told we could have another unit but had to wait until 1pm to move into it. This unit was much cooler. Wouldn't stay here again

loved the apartment, could not have asked for nothing more, fully self contained, central to everything within walking distance of the CBD.. quiet and restful, great that there is parking available also at no extra cost.

Very secure and great location. Plenty of room and great to have a kitchen and washing machine/dryer.
The apartment was tired. Carpet appeared worn and stained. Bathroom/shower encrusted frame and grout mouldy. The apartment smelled musty and had a drain smell. There were room deodorisers everywhere to help mask the smell. Marks/scratches on the walls.

The apartment was spacious and conveniently located near the convention center.
I explicitly requested a quiet room when I booked four months in advance. However, I was given a room facing the main road, with constant traffic noise. After a sleepless first night with only two hours of rest, I asked the receptionist to change rooms. I was told that all units were booked and that nothing could be done, despite the fact that my original request had not been honored.
