big rooms-great kitchen-great pool-very secure premises
2 lots of keys ! locked out of lift whwn i had wrong keys-wanted to charge me $120 to get someone to help me--it was 5.30pm !!! i figured out to use stairs to bypass lift----to many keys n fobs for carpark-lift-entry etc--said to the guy on phone -why dont you put all the fobs and keys on 1 ring which i did-very easy to lock youeself out as had to use keys for every door just to get in---very secure place

Location to city was good and reception staff were lovely. Unfortunately the apartment we had was very run down, old furniture and did not resemble the pictures on the website at all. I am sure not all apartments are like this so you may want to check prior to booking.

Wonderful
Ignore any negative reviews, I went in apprehensive only to find this place beyond expectations. Nice, trill, location inner city, easy to get around via train, bus and even scooter. Had the best nights sleep after some big nights out. Would recommend to anyone.
There’s a gym but it needs a bit of work. Don’t expect much.

Very friendly staff, reception and housekeeping. The lady you have working in reception (Landella? Sorry bad with names) was a pleasure to talk to. Good gym equipment and location. Very comfortable apartment that could feel like home for a week. We had an issue with a shower head and it was resolved promptly.
Some water damage in the gym on the ceiling that has leaked onto the mats but it's hardly a deal breaker and was just glad to have the facility. A vending machine also wouldn't go astray.

Great location within easy walking distance to the CBD
The apartment we had didn't meet the advertised standard. We felt it looked a little tired and needed some redecorating.
Lacked kitchen ware, pots pans, etc, for a family to dine in.

The apartment was clean, spacious and a great view. looking out over the area had all the facilities I needed and everything was in fantastic working order.
I love that there is a comfy blanket in the wardrobe which I used while relaxing on the couch and I liked the artwork, my kind of style.
The area that it was situated in was fantastic. lots of great places to eat and local shops all around the corner.

The elevators stopped working Saturday night when we got home from dinner, a lady had already been waiting half an hour and the fire doors were all locked so we couldn’t even access the stairs back to our room. Why are Fire doors locked?
The air conditioning vents in my bedroom were so full of mould, the bedside tables were not clean. But it did have tea and coffee and comfy beds, but no extra blankets available to use, and the car park, oh my goodness the car park , some signs to help find the correct numbered car park would help as we never found ours, and would be ideal to do a lap not have to reverse out when driving down lanes trying to look for our apartment number car park.

The Lift broke down and we were not able to access our room, at night and I need to use the toilet. We than discovered that all the doors to the stairs were locked - how the heck do you get on in the case of fire? If security is an issue than the security gates to the car park should be fixed
