Great stay on Valentines Day, Saturday evening, when many other Brisbane hotels were asking 3 times the going rate for the night. Room on ground level was older in build but clean, spacious and well maintained. Excellent parking in the basement included in the rate, not one of those horrendous car parks where tiny narrow slots are designated for guests vehicles and require perfect performance of 9 point turns in order to enter and exit. Loads of coffee shops and bottle shops nearby and we wandered into Fortitude Valley and back for a gig easily along the Story Bridge.

not much
it was very run down and old and needed to be updated and that made it look dirty the traffic from outside was extremely nosy lights had blowen globes and the shower looked old and run down and had a dirty shower curtain. the stove top had a rang hood with a fan to help with the smoke when cooking but didn't wok right and also the light didn't work as well and made it hard to see when cooking.

Have stayed here a few times. Love the free, secure parking, the ease of checking in late and getting around the building and the location. The room was not as nice as other times, but still had everything and did the job.

The place was exactly as described. The location is very accessible from the city centre. The staff member was very friendly and well-behaved. All amenities were exceptionally well-maintained and clean. The view from the room was great as well. Just for your information, there's a ferry wharf—Mowbray Park—just a 4-minute drive away, offering one of the cheapest fares to the city. Oh, they do have a thai restaurant on the Ground floor inside the property.
The price was a bit high and the room lighting could've been brighter.
