The room was nice, the fridge was cold and the bathroom & kitchen were very clean, but the floor carpet was very wrinkled up and letting go, a trip hazard and we're not older people .. the room was very quiet despite the building works going on right outside.
The bed was quite soft and sunken. Very expensive room, but I guess you pay for location!

location was perfect, so central to everywhere we wanted to go. There were 2 shopping malls within walking distance and also many food shops catering to all tastes within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy and the veiw wasn't bad considering we were in the middle of several high rises.
nothing, everything was really good. Clean rooms , comfortable beds and good aircon. Even being in the middle of Brisbane, we were not bothered by any traffic noise. Really enjoyed our stay and will be booking there again .

The Sebel was so comfortable, clean, luxurious and staff were lovely.
Fridge was only for the mini bar, no cold jugs of water etc.

Room was nice and clean. staff that checked us in were amazing.
Really enjoyed the pool facility as well.
stayed at the hotel to attend an event in Brisbane and the location was very close to the event venue.
would have been better if we can book parking online. a bit more light in the bed room would have also been better.

There is no possible way this hotel is 4.5 stars as per your website. It is now only 3 stars. It is old and shabby
Rumpled carpet, wood chipped furniture, lamp shades askew, noisy from the high rises being built next door. Mediocre cafe.

Great location - central to everything in the CBD. Room was clean and spacious. View was good. We were on level 9.
Parking costs were not part of the package. It was a separate cost of $40 per night. I felt that was excessive

We had a one night stay in the city, being the wknd very lucky as there was a lot of construction going on. Had it been the week maybe a different story. Location location access to everything, walking distance to restaurants, bars etc something ours boys loved. Being able to secure a parking space was a bonus first in bases. Check out was seamless staff very helpful
Could not fault the place, clean and tidy all we needed for a night’s accommodation.

Location was great, very good value for money we thought.
On check in late at night the guy checking us in was very nice but for a Hotel Receptionist you would have thought he would have ironed his shirt, I felt he let the place down by looking the way he did first impression just not good but from then on it was lovely
