The balcony view only
The room we stayed in the air con was not working, the microwave was broken, water pressure very low and the room was not cleaned and very dusty I do not recommend anyone to stay here 1/10. The reception gave us a box of chocolates upon returning the key after I had paid $155 for 1 night stay in a room that was a sauna

Disappointing
Close to town but would not suit people with mobility issues as it is on top of a hill.
Room 708. Shower pressure hopeless. Dated furniture. Filthy A/C vent and noisy. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans lacking. Surely with a weeks worth of rent these things could be fixed.

The location is very convenient.
The carpark is filthy and full of dirt, dust and rubbish. Don't rub the walls getting your bags out or roll them on the ground as you leave BLACK mark on the floor or bed when you unpack. The room is getting very OLD and dated for the price you charge and the waste of water, because of the time it takes to heat up is also disgusting. Marked walls, door and draws. It look like someone had wiped snot on the wall behind the bed. Overall the room is very dissappointing.

It's located halfway between Roma St transit centre and Central train station. Very quiet for being so close to city and emergency services.
Carpark is quite sloped, I use a wheelchair and came in via taxi, it was a little difficult to work out unloading. Wheelchair ramp from entrance to carpark ends in an unmarked visitor car space, so I had to go back up and then come down around on the footpath next to the road when there was a car parked there.

NOTE - I made this booking for my wife, I didn't travel. The staff were the best thing about the stay
Room 804 was absolutely dreadful. Whilst it was clean enough, it was freezing cold with no heater. There was centralised air conditioning which blew out very cold air, not warm at all. Very few power points to use laptop for work. The kitchen was not equipped well at all. I had phoned the day before to see if there was an oven and was told that there was. There wasn't so I had to heat my dinner in a pan instead. The frying pan was absolutely disgusting. See photos attached of cookware. The bathroom was very outdated and above the shower a huge stain. The bed was comfortable enough BUT the modem was placed on the bedside table!! It is common knowledge these days regarding the dangers and side effects of EMF and it's on the bedside table?

Easy checkin after hours. Staff very helpful. Clean room and comfy bed. Value for money. Lovely park nearby.
Fair level of fitness required as hotel is situated up an incline into Queen st mall.
