Location was excellent! Bus stop just across the road from reception. Ferry very short walk away.
Booked for myself and adult children plus one new 4 month old grandchild, 3 bedroom unit was so spacious and so thought out! It was so nice to arrive and find such a gem after travelling from NSW and booking online. The pool was a hit, especially as we come from Glen Innes and were not used to the wonderful 35 degree day Brisbane had to offer one day of our stay. After hours check in was so well looked after, no stress for us country folk ?

The bed was super comfy, pillows weren't too bad either, fridge was a great size, loved all the space and the outdoor area, pool was great, parking was assigned spots which was excellent and visitor parking was available too, the reception staff was lovely. Just a really nice place to stay, getting around was no issue there was a bus stop right out front and uber was pretty cheap to the city as well
very minor maintenance needed, very much cosmetic, needs a new showerhead it sprays everywhere, cover missing on exhaust in shower, tiling in shower was kinda weird it looked clean but was covered in a white filmy powder(maybe was regrouted and not cleaned or residue from something) blinds in bedroom arent the greatest if you like to sleep in a dark room and dont want it to be bright in the morning

the property is just near the inner city, plenty of places to go to. it’s just when we stayed there that the pathway to story bridge was closed. however, we managed to walk on the other bridge which has an incredible view of the city especially at night. didn’t hear any noise maybe because we stayed during the easter holiday. all facilities including the laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues, dishwashing soap, sponge, tea towel, chux, and bin liners were provided.
the fridge was making a noise. we couldn’t figure out how to use the dryer and room’s aircon but not really an issue. the dishwasher smelled musty so we just opted to handwash our dishes.

Apartment stank of cigarettes. Unclean conditions. I was staying here to recover from a surgery and we had to deep clean everything ourselves. I would be requesting a refund though I doubt it would be filled given the property description in comparison to what we were actually met with. The gym was also not fit for purpose due to the overwhelming scent of mould. Overall this was not worth the money and frankly I heavily regret choosing this property for our stay. Additionally, loud construction throughout daytime hours was not mentioned to me in the booking of this property. Due to the surgery my sleep was difficult and resting during the day with hammering, drilling and general construction noise was immensely frustrating. Again, if I could have picked somewhere else I would have. Pictures did not reflect the heavy yellow staining of most surfaces due to what smelled like years of heavy smoking. My partner and I also struggled greatly with asthma whilst in this property so I would suggest anybody with even mild asthma (in my partners case) not book here. Dependent on the response here I will be sharing this alongside photographs in my google review.
Cleanliness was poor.
Smell was overwhelming in both apartment (cigarettes) and gym (mould, sweat - poorly ventilated, not fit for purpose).
Uninformed of construction during stay - loud, made recovery from surgery harder.
Not worth the price.
It was also yellow with stains from smoking. This is something that should not exist in a “four star hotel”.

Disappointing
the view
the fact that the hotel did not warn us about the unbelievable noise from across the road where
a tall storey building is being built. We could not read or do anything peaceful and it ruined our time there.
