Just the location. Complete accessories in the house, fridge, washing machine, drier , microwave and you can even cook.
WIFI was not available eventhough I ask the reception twice.
The living room's carpet was dusty.
AC are also dusty and looks like no maintenance.
Front porch was dirty.,

Plenty of space in each room.
Bed and pillows were comfortable
It would have been good to know about the stairs to the apartment as this was very difficult and made more so as it was raining. If we had known we would have requested a downstairs unit when we did the booking.
Difficulties with smart tv/internet connection. Several times we had to unplug and then plug back in again to get live tv.
Shower over the bath difficult when you are getting older
Curtains in lounge and bedroom, need to be hemmed as they are too long and hang on the floor which could be dangerous.

Very Good
I loved the location, close to the Road st Parklands with all the lizards! The reason I chose the place. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was great and the lounge room was great and roomy. The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom had a funny smell, and there were packages of gardening materials all sealed, thankfully but they were our in the back balcony area.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It is in a peaceful location, but at the same time close to the city centre. It is very close to beautiful Roma Street Park (which has two cafes) and beside the park is Roma Street Railway Station where we caught the train to our next destination.

Secure parking was excellent. Very spacious. Good facilities for cooking, thereby saving costs on meals which makes it good value for money. It had a lovely balcony which overlooked the pool. The bed was very comfortable. The unit was well insulated, I only turned on the heating once in 3 days

Great location, easy walking to city and nearby facilities, quiet location, and decent size apartment.
Room cleanliness was substandard and whilst manageable it would definitely be better and more enjoyable experience if cleaned well and had a decent vacuum done.

Convenient location and 200m to IGA. Secure Undercover parking
The 2 bedroom apartment was basically not clean and filthy. Wet washing was in washing machine and items in dryer, vacuum cleaner was full so could not use it. Kitchen bench dirty, toilet dirty, floors dirty. Not enough condiments. Asked for another apartment.
