Excellent location, walking distance to everything I needed, lovely apartment spaceous clean & with outdoor space.
Friendly sfaff & the pool & gym were greatly apreciated.
Unfortunately due to recent heavy rain the property had water leak issue,s & had to use a large amount of industrial drying equiptment in foyer area, which in no way impacter on my trip, was justt at times a little inconvienent.

Good location to convention center. Plenty of nice eating places in the area. pool area was lovely.
The facilities were poor. Kitchen accessories were very limited. Dryer worked but didn't heat to dry the clothes.
No microwave bowls available. Kitchen rubbish bins were emptied but not cleaned.
We had 4 people staying in apartment for 1 week but were only supplied 2 towels on arrival.

Firstly, I informed the property twice before our stay we would be checking in around 7pm. I then called when we left the airport 30 minutes before our arrival that we were on our way. We then had to call again and wait a further 30 minutes before anyone arrived to check us in. Then, the master bathroom shower drain was completely clogged up on our arrival so we were unable to use it until maintenance remedied this the next day. This sparked some questions regarding the cleanliness and professionalism of the cleaners, who would have noticed the blocked drain had the shower been cleaned properly. The dishwasher was also mouldy and disgusting as dishes had been sitting in there for who knows how long, another thing we would assume the cleaners are supposed to check. There was also dirty cotton tips outside on the balcony table.

Location is exceptional for Southside activities
Generally Dusty, furnishings were grubby or broken, hair from previous occupants over the floor, cigarette butts on verandah, furniture laminate pieces missing. No dust pan / brush or broom for accidents. Shower was noisy.

Parking - I was sent to 3 different spaces and even though it was a 3 bedroom apartment we only got 1 space allowed

The location was better than we expected. It was within walking distance to Southbank with its many restaurants and cafes and lots to see and do.The apartment itself was spacious and had everything a home away from home would have. There were some minor maintenance issues with the one we were in. However, we advised reception at checkout, and they said they would get into it straight away. I would stay here again.
