Loved the location in the city, very convenient and central to so many places like the Brisbane Convention Centre. Room was clean and well kept, housekeeping were fantastic. Bed was very big and very comfortable. Service was great and very quick when we ordered items up to the room. Front desk was very kind and friendly.
There weren't any cutlery to use (although there were plenty of glasses for drinking), and we had to continuously order things like teacups and plates to replace ones we had used. Bed sheet had stains but it was quickly replaced when I asked housekeeping.

Everything was absolutely perfect.
The staff were fantastic and great customer service.
I didnt like the pillows that was the only thing wrong.
Also the surcharge for room service a fee for the trays.

Location, the beds are comfy, the room is big, clean
The bathroom was awful. The tap was right up against the sink so you couldn’t wash your hands properly. It was small so you were navigating round the toilet the whole time. The towel rail is above the toilet so your towel touched the top of the toilet. Unhygienic situation. The shower head wouldn’t sit nice in the holder, it was too big for the gap. When we made a reservation in the restaurant they wrote the booking on the back of a receipt, the light bulb for the big lamp in the room wasn’t working and had not been replaced, the gym wipes hadn’t been replaced and the concierge was 3 very young teenage lads, who were laughing and talking amongst themselves when you walked up to the desk, and you certainly didn’t want to hand the keys to your car over to them.
