Staff were very lovely, an older gentleman checked us in and he was wonderful!
It would have been nice to have a biscuit of two in the room.

The bed was comfy, good location and very clean
Sun never really got on sunbeds/pool area because of tall buildings all around, possibly different in summer and definitely not the hotels fault

We've been here many times and always loved it. Grey service, the beds are incredibly comfortable, lovely restaurant and close to everything we love- restaurants, museum, gallery etc.

Excellent & quiet location. Great staff. Breakfasts were very good. Evening bar snack meals were very agreeable if main restaurant was not required. Highly recommend

The location. It’s right next to the Botanic Gardens which are absolutely beautiful and a short walk to the river, shops and restaurants.
Beds are soo comfy!
Great swimming pool
Not much but the wardrobe in our room was hard to use as door very stiff

Great location and fantastic pool & spa!
Bathrooms were very outdated, basin and bath taps and shower all leaked. Pool and spa area were lovely but couldn't relax and fully enjoy them due to the noisy construction work right next door!
