Location
Mixer in the shower didn’t work it was either boiling hot or cold and pressure weak.
Arrived early which was fine as they held my bags. Upon checkin when room was ready thought bags were in my room however when I got there they weren’t. In room phone wasn’t working so called on my mobile only to find out they didn’t have anyone to bring my bags up so I had to go back down to reception to collect them.
Room smelt musty and dank.

I's so central. It's got class. The rooms are just delightful, comfortable and I instantly feel at home every time I stay.

Central location, grand room with stunning features and furniture. Not your usual hotel accommodation. We stayed in the suite which was wonderful. Clean, comfy and very friendly staff.

Lovely old hotel in the center of town. We had a nice big room with a view of the street. The staff were friendly on our arrival. It is in the Brisbane CBD and so convenient for public transport and sight-seeing. Just by the entrance is a cafe/bar that is popular.
The shower was over the bath tub, controlled by two taps, and it was incredibly difficult to get a reasonable temperature from it. Either scalding or cold. There is a big step down into the main room once you open the hotel room door. That might be difficult for some.

The location is first rate, the hotel is very lovely, big rooms and beautiful bathrooms. The staff were friendly and caring.
Maybe the carpets could use a clean. Sometimes the air-conditioning was a bit cold
