Communication was good
Absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere. Filthy cups. Broken window , curtain not made for window. Curtains missing hooks so didn’t hang properly. Electric jug still had water in it and full of calcium deposits. Towels looked like from an op shop and missed matched. Room had a horrendous stench ( obviously leaking somewhere) Bed as hard as a rock. Dish in bathroom contained dead insects. Very disappointed. Not worth half of what we paid. Definitely would never book there again or recommend. Wish I had read reviews and not based my booking on photos provided.

close to airport is the only positive
Room and furniture dirty and broken. Chair was so stsined the tip would reject it. More water came out the back of the shower head than the rose. Toilet seat broken and the cistern was filthy inside and out. Bathroom window missing panels allowing noise from all night drinking session from neighbourd to keep everyone awake.

Despite being only 15 minutes from the airport, there wasn’t a single other thing I could say I enjoyed about this motel. There are plenty of other accommodation options at a similar distance — if not closer — to the airport. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend against booking this place.
I genuinely believe this place should be demolished. From the moment I checked in, it was clear things were off — soaked mattresses lying in the courtyard in the rain, garbage bags scattered out front of rooms, and several suspicious-looking people wandering around. The room itself was appalling. The door was swollen and stuck, and as soon as I entered, I was hit with a stench that burned my nostrils — a mix of stale cigarettes, vomit, and the unmistakable presence of vermin. It was immediately obvious the room hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained. The paint was peeling everywhere, and it looked like someone had started a paint job but never finished. The shower curtain, bizarrely stapled to the wardrobe, was stained. The cupboards didn’t even have handles. Fleas were rampant, I woke up with bedbug bites and cockroaches crawling all over the room — even in the bed. It was absolutely revolting. To make matters worse, a loud, obnoxious family stood outside my door talking all night. Thanks to the paper-thin walls, I heard every single word of their conversation. Hands down, this was the most unpleasant and disappointing accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty, and the doors were broken. The wardrobe had a disgusting smell, and there were mouse droppings everywhere. The whole place was full of dust and filth. When we turned on the air conditioner, it released a horrible odour. The toilet was completely black, and the bathroom was covered in mould. I couldn’t even take a shower or stay in the room. I was afraid of getting sick, so I had to book another hotel for that night. People had smoked in the rooms, and they even covered the smoke alarm with a plastic bag. I’ve never experienced anything this outrageous. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone

I liked nothing about this accommodation it was dirty, my Son and I were too afraid to even go outside, there were multiple .en staying there that were I toxicated washing hanging outside, bugs in the bed
