Good location for Suncorp
1) No car charging although it said they did have it - no alternative offered - not even a standard power plug 2) the room smelled terrible, sewage and dirt 3) no response to complaint through booking.com 4) tried to charge $40 for parking when parking is free outside. And one room was $699.
And after this review - offered just 20% discount from the next stay! unlikely to be happening.

Great location for QUT staff/students. Nice and helpful staff members.
The layout of the studio was poorly designed, with awkward bathroom and kitchen bin doors. The laundry and dryer machines were dirty and broken, and the entire building appeared quite old and poorly maintained.

It feels like a second home to me. Even the environment around was nice near market, food store. Futhermore, public transport is so close by making it a walking friendly.
Maybe cleaner should come more often.

we booked 2 three bed room apartments for 12 people. it was very specious ,clean and had all the facilities we required for our stay. we only stayed for one night and would definitely will stay in the future.
although we were given three cards to enter the room, only one card really worked.

Great apartment with 2 bedrooms and a large living room. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
The booking said that 'breakfast is included'. But no breakfast was included. We were given vouchers to go to a local cafe where we still had to pay for the breakfast menus. The voucher was only for wraps - not for breakfast. We felt misled and are very unhappy. We complained to the management of Quest but no one cared. Very poor customer service.
