Convenience - quick walk to Chermisde Shopping Centre.
Staff let is park before check in.
Room was very small.

Very clean. Some breakfast available but wasn't well publicised and only very simple.
No direct access from carpark to lift - always had to exit the carpark and go through main foyer. A bit tedious with luggage.

We requested an early check in as we had a function to attend to. Our room was not ready on time so the staff allowed us to go to the first floor and to get ready in the tiny toilet/ laundry. I was notified that our room was ready two hours later.

Room was very clean and tidy, almost like new. Convenient location to public transport. Had a smoking area on the balcony and good views to the city.
Some of the places I wanted to have a meal or drink nearby were closed.

Overall it was good except for the bed.
The left side of the king bed that was actually a single, the mattress needed to be replaced.

Very decent grab and go breakfast! Was a nice surprise as we weren't expecting it!
There was a dog in the next door complex that barked through both nights of our stay. Our sleep was affected by this unfortunately.
