Very comfortable apartment on 5th floor with fully equipped kitchen fitted with quality items. A short walk to Westfield Chermside for Coles and all other specialty shops.
Everything was top notch except for the wifi which often dropped out and sometimes low strength.

Location was excellent next to the mall, room was well appointed and staff were very friendly. We did not utilise breakfast so cant comment on what was available
We only had one issue of room not being cleaned one day of our 6 nights which I understand was due to miscommunication.

Disappointing
false advertising - stated that room service available on booking.com site but no room service was available. I booked the room because I thought there was room service. Very disappointing. The staff were not very helpful and the shower was downright dangerous - had to step in over bath which was very slippery and glass wall over bath was unsafe as well. a dangerous trip hazard.

Well appointed room, very clean. There was a window for fresh air. Small kitchenette which was very helpful as there are limited dining opportunities. Walking distance to Chermside shopping centre. Great lighting in the bathroom.
We also used the conference room and it was set up well.

Staff were friendly and room was clean.
Mattress was very hard, might as well have slept on the floor! Could not get comfortable and did not sleep well at all.
Loud guests returning to next room at 2.40am, although that's rude ignorant guests not the venue's fault.
Shower poorly designed: hard to reach towel on rack after door opened. No bathmat provided.
Not a place to stay if you want any scenic views from your window.
