Wonderful
Location was perfect for the airport, there was a nice restaurant strip not far from the hotel. The staff were very helpful offering options on where I could eat.

LOcation was excellent , property well maintained and facilities were excellent.
Only negative was the pillows on our beds - these were rock hard.

Great location close to the airport and Racecourse Road. Great room layout and very clean. Receptionist was lovely. You will need a physical credit or debit card for checkin.
It was noisy early in the morning as a guest from an adjoining room checked out, there is no sound proofing from the doors to the hallway. I didn’t realise that the rooms were only accessible via stairs (though I could have missed it in the listing!), it was not a problem for me but something others may need to know. The lock from the bedroom balcony did not work (which was okay as it was on the 2nd floor and was private, but I would have felt more comfortable if it could lock) and the lock on the shared balcony was lockable but loose and if it could be more secure or upgraded would provide more peace of mind. The bed was firm and not to my liking but bed comfort is subjective! I think a great option for those travelling to the airport with young kids (as you can have adjoining rooms) but as a single traveller or couple there are slightly cheaper places that have the same quality to choose from in Ascot.

Nothing. People departing early morning were extremely noisy. Doors were slamming in the breeze. Extremely irritating. I tried to sleep with a late check out. No luck. This building is an extremely poor design.
To much noise. No elevator. Hard with heavy luggage. Doors slamming all morning.

the outlook on to the swimming pool with the welcoming courtyard outside. If we were staying there during the day it would have been very pleasant but we were just there overnight.
Bit of a rabbit warren finding our way around the back to the entrance door. The beds were very hard and there was a cramped space for the tea making.
