Exceptional
We had beachfront views overlooking the Redcliffe Jetty. The rooms were of good size and the facilities such as the bathrooms and the laundry were very good. Secure parking for our vehicle was also great. The kitchen was fully equiped and we didn't need for anything.

The apartment was excellently presented and clean, with fabulous views over the water. It was conveniently located to restaurants, the beach, and sightseeing. I will be recommending this accommodation to others.

The bed was great. Kitchen facilities were good for what we required.
The couch was very uncomfortable
A handbook on the microwave would be good. I used to demonstrate these and there was no way I could get it to go.
This was my misunderstanding, but for others, a balcony seaview is just that, the seaview is only from the balcony and if it is raining, there is no view as you stuck inside.

A great location with Harbour views. The balcony, and washer and dryer and secure parking were a nice bonus.
Whilst we were staying only one lift was running and caused long waits.

Central location good parking good attitude of new owners
Several operating issues in room which we did our best to look through. The new owners had literally taken over just days beforehand & really wanted to fix but appear to been handed a hospital pass by the sellers!

Location
The unit is very poorly stocked especially in the kitchen. Shortage of dishes of all kinds and shortage of glasses and cups. One dish towel for 10 days! Only a few dish washer tablets. No paper towels. No salt and pepper
Light in second bathroom out and even though we made requests, it was never fixed.
TV did not work until service man arrived the day after we arrived. Shade in living room could not be raised for a number of days but eventually was fixed.
Too few towels
I could go on and on.

Receptionist (Janelle) was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. When she couldn't fix the TV so we could watch the grand final she arranged for someone else to do it. Found a shower chair for my elderly father. Bought an extra chair up for the balcony. She is a real asset to the resort.
Apartment very disappointing. Corner room with more city views than ocean despite booking ocean. Carpet very stained. Beds uncomfortable. Despite 4 people it only had a cheap metal table and 2 chairs on the balcony. Stayed many times before and first time we have not been happy.

The location was great close to restaurants, RSL and not far from the Dolpins Club.
The room was advertised as a three bedroom, the middle room was pretty unacceptable with a bed that had to have cushions underneath the mattress the make it half comfortable. The room was dusty, unclean, and mould in the bathroom. Cobwebs, and extremely dirty under the beds. It is advertised as a 6 person stay only 4 outside stools supplied. The chairs in the dining room were cheap metal chairs and one was broken. The picture on the wall came off as it was just held there with a screw that fell into the wall. No spare toilet paper was left. The room smelt when we arrived and we had to air it out. The indoor pool was definitely not inviting.

Very spacious apartment with amazing views over the water. Well appointed rooms.
Strong whiffs of cigarette smoke from permanent residents wafted across our balcony and into the unit. The manager addressed this with one resident for us but there were times when even getting into the lift was met with cigarette smells. It is supposed to be a non smoking building and our group were quite disappointed with this ongoing malodour.

The roof had water marks where it was leaking water.
Every air con in the apartment was absolutely filled with mould and dust.
