The location was good
When we arrived at 6.00pm, there were no staff on the premises. Being an older couple we were not tech savvy, or so we thought, and could not work out how to fill in this app and get a code. After 40 mins. Another arrived, he couldn’t work it out either. We encountered another family who graciously helped us through it, after having had trouble herself. Telling us all these little quirks like putting an arrow before the code and after. Keeping in mind that we rang the number TWICE to talk us through it, I’m still waiting for a return call. When we finally worked it out, another couple arrived, had the same trouble, and the gentleman helped them as well. What a very stressful start to what should have been the beginning of a lovely cruise the next day. One hour to get into our room. NEVER AGAIN. spend the money where they respect your service and have someone onsite for courtesy and safety

It is located close to the airport and was convenient.
The check in and access is very confusing with no staff on site. You have to download an app to access the room & carpark, and using the app to unlock the room didn't work for us - we had to use the 'back up pin'. The armchairs were very old and sunken, and the lightbulbs in the bedroom were not working.

Check in . 40 minutes to get through the digital system . Then the pin numbers incomplete,left out the star after the numbers. Digital key unable to open room door. Resturant not open on weekends.

Location close to the airport, convenient for early flight. Spacious apartment with secure undercover parking and able to leave car there for the week
Comfortable bed and pillow
Shower was over the bath, not ideal for those with mobility issues. Lounge needs replacing, not comfortable at all. Only staffed occasionally so any issues or questions difficult to be addressed
