Wonderful
I loved being on the ground floor and being able to walk to everything the South Bank has to offer. My room had the best bath tub which was nice after a long flight from the USA!
Ran out of the instant coffee that was provided so I messaged hotel for more. They got back to me, but we had already checked out. Limited to no access to staff/ reception.

The park across the street had homeless people. We did not feel unsafe, but twice the taxi drivers made comments about it.
I was not impressed by the staff support. We did not get the room vacuumed. Also, twice trash was not collected.

Everything was great. The room was well furnished and had all the essential items. I liked the work desk area as I had to do some things on my laptop, and having that little bit of working space helped a lot.
The floor was a little dusty and the toilet seat broke upon my first use. The balcony floor and seating area was also dusty. I was still able to use the toilet but with a little bit of inconvenience. Other than that, everything else was great!

The location was great, close to public transport and within easy walking distance of shopping and entertainment the room was very spacious, ample furniture without being cluttered, overall very good value for money.
The bathroom was spacious but the small gap in the 'seal' around the shower allowed the water to escape to the main drain, but it didn't drain very quickly, which meant that the floor remained very wet for a long time after the use of the shower, and needed to be soaked up with mats and towels. I did report this to the receptionist as I was checking out.

Great location 3 minutes from the conference center and river bank. Very close from city center, with a bunch of restaurants and shops around. The apartment had a kitchen, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board... everything one needs for one week stay.
Everything we were actually touching - sheets, towels, dishes - was very clean. But the extra blankets and the couch could use a wash.

The apartment was very close to the convention centre for the conference I was attending while in Brisbane. Short walk to the local Coles for groceries.
Where to start. I had to put everything in the kitchen in the dishwasher when i got there. The cutlery was stained the plates were marked and the pans were greasy. The couch was covered in stains. The shower leaked so I had to leave towels on the floor to walk on. The bed was a marshmallow. The Internet so was so bad I couldn't even watch streaming services on the TV. The daily cleaning consisted of putting one fresh towel on the bed and emptying the bin. Nothing replenished etc. The unit was very tired.

Met our needs in terms of washing machine/kitchen etc
Some kitchen items missing and no lift which made it tricky with a pram. Sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable but main bed was good.
