These guys were fantastic, the room was spacious, the most amazing views, clean, tidy and comfortable. Service desk was friendly and bubbly and nothing was an issue to help us with. Location was fantastic, easy to get to places, safe to walk around.
There wasn't anything.. I just couldn't stay longer was my only complaint and next time i'll book longer.

Very clean and comfortable , 2 bedroom apartment, and 2 x bathtooms my family loved ... The kitchen had all the basics anyone would want , and I absolutely loved it.
This is my 2 ND stay here with my family .I will surely return and recommend to any family travel..

Staff fairly helpful. Location good but major construction next door (Cross River Rail)
Rooms are a bit tired, and fitout barely adequate (eg crockery, cooking utensils). In the first room the TV wouldn't work at all. I complained and got moved. The TV in the second room half worked but the apps wouldn't, and casting didn't work either. I asked them to fix but they didn't/couldn't. At that point I gave up.
The second room also had a damp smell to it
It wasn't great. Brisbane has dozens of apartment blocks/aparthotels and competition is tight. In a market full of better alternatives, I can't recommend this

the location was great and the staff very helpful
on the first night the air conditioner wasn't working and i had mentioned it to the receptionist. I was told that they would get the maintenance person to have a look at it .when we arrived home from the reception there was no change in the air conditioning which left us with two nights of uncomfortable which was disappointing with amount that the room costs per night

The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent and primarily why I booked the room. We have stayed at an Oaks in Brisbane every Christmas for a decade now.
The room did not have the large balcony pictured in the booking photos, and which we have had every year. We only had a view of the back of a car park. Items like the hand soap holder in the bathroom were broken, the water pressure in the shower was non-existent, the water jug and dishes had a weird residue on them so we had to clean them ourselves before using them, and the whole place just has a really tired look. It's no longer what I'd consider to be a hotel room but more like a motel, which is disappointing. We also had a repairman knock on our door. When we did not respond (because we were not expecting anyone and were resting) he choose to enter the room anyway. If we'd been in the shower or asleep, it would have been horrifying to find a strange man in the room. He was polite and said he was just there to check if an issue with the hot water had been resolved, but I would suggest communicating the need for that to your guests, rather than just letting yourself into the room!
