Very Good
Very good location and and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly.
The facilities in the kitchen are limited. This did not affect me too much as was only there for 2 nights, but could have been a problem for long term stay.

Disappointing
Great location, very central to the city within a short walk. 3-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, had three bathrooms and an office. Lounge was large with great views.
The apartment was very dated. Looked like it hadn't been maintained in many years. The shower in one bathroom had no seal and the shower faced the door, so water leaked onto the floor, unfortunately this was one of the only showers that was functional as the 3rd bathroom showerhead didn't work. Would think the cleaning staff should have identified this? The laundry doors had obvious water damage which we realised was because the drain from the washing machine is not fixed in the sink and spills onto the floor unless secured to the tap in the basin. The laundry basin cabinet also had water damage and swelling no doubt due to this. In a large lounge there was a small 2-seater sofa and 2 occasional chairs, for a 3-bedroom apartment, with 6 occupants, there was not enough seating, so some had to sit at the table which also had only 4 chairs. Could definitely fit larger furniture in this room. There were no soft furnishings or artworks just plain white sheets and pillows, no rug on the floor or cushions to make the room more appealing. For almost $1000 per night, we felt we were paying for the views and room size and would expect the room to reflect a more "finished" appearance.

Fair
The short walking distance to the CBD.
Our room had dirty carpet. The carpark is like a rollercoaster. Very tight squeeze.

Good
The view was excellent. The rooms were comfortable.
There were no towels in the ensuite bathroom or bedroom and a sign on the bedroom door saying we could upgrade to use this facility (even though we had paid over $1800 for a 2 bedroom suite for 1 night). We wanted to watch the rugby, which was only available on a streaming service that required us to cast it from our phone. Although this was an option on the TV, we could not get it work. Hotel staff attempted to resolve the issue but ran into the same issue when trying to cast from their phone.
We had booked the room specifically so we could watch riverfire (Brisbane festival) from the balcony and are avid rugby fans, so not being able to watch the rugby from the room was a major setback. Given the price we paid, we expected better.

Pleasant
These are well located apartments in the city. Great views if you get an apartment facing the river. The cleaniness of the apartment was of a high standard.
Be aware there is a very large construction site directly infront of the building. The noise is quite intense during the day so you can't have the doors and windows open. The construction continues at night but the noise is much less. I wish had known this before spending more on a river view. If you aren't staying in the apartment during the day then it would be less of an issue.

Disappointing
Location was good - close to the inner city and river. Lifts worked well and quickly reached the 30 floor levels without delay. We also had to change a booking and the staff were very amenable to assisting us. They also stored our bags after checkout until our lift arrived in the afternoon. Ten out of ten for the staff.
Door to ensuite jammed and we also had to have someone come and guide us in the use of the light/fan (not intuitive). Furniture was not as fresh as expected (a little worn and dated), a smell in the room. I did notice that some of the other floors were being updated, so perhaps we just had an unrenovated room. Having said that, we booked a small apartment for nearly the price of a room at other locations, so we did appreciate the extra room.

3 bedrooms . great for our large family. Location was great.
Water pressure was so bad we would not stay there again. Noise from construction. Price - stretched our budget too much. Car parking was terrible for large car.

Roomy.
Bathroom a little dated. Plus, the location of the shower doorstop in the bathroom meant it was inevitable that you will stub your toe!
