NOTHING COMPLETE DISGRACE. NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED AND NOTHING WORKED IN THE ROOMS. NO WIFI.MAINTENCE CAME INTO OUR ROOM WHENWE WERE NOT THERE TO FIX AN OUTDATED TV WE DID NOT GIVER PERMISSION FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. ROOMS HAD DUST AND BLOOD ON FOLDED FRESH TOWEL. ITSA JOKE FOR THE PRICE AND STAFFARE ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING WITH THEIR SUPPORT OR ANY FORM CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY COMPLETLY LACKED. 1 LIFT ONLY OPPERATIONAL. 30 MINS TO GO EITHER UP TO YOUR ROOM OR 30 MINS WAIT TO GO TO GROUND LVL.
EVERYTHING..... NOT ONETHISNG WAS ENJOYABLE. WE SAVE ALL YEAR ROUND TO GO AWAY AND WE FEEL AS THO WE HAVE NOT GONE AWAY AND ARE EXHAUSTED FROM ALL THE DISFUNCTION WHILE STAYING THERE.

The room that we were given had a fantastic view of the river which was what I asked for. The bed was comfortable. The location was very close to all the city shops, picture cinema and city cat ferries.
Pool area was closed on the day that we arrived due to a maintenance issue with the door apparently. Requested pool towels that were to be delivered to our room but never arrived. Car park had minimal parking areas allocated to the apartments so had to drive to all levels and still not able to find a parking spot despite paying $45.00 per night for parking. No instructions were given about how to enter and exit the parking garage (exiting was particularly difficult - apparently there was a keypad on B1 level that had to be pressed and reception would open the gate for us, but as we were unaware of this procedure we had to wait for another car to enter the carpark so that we could exit while the gate us up).

Disappointing
The bed was very comfortable. All the usual things were provided which was great. Everything was clean.
No instructions provided to operate the TV. I wasted at least an hour trying to figure this out which was incredibly frustrating. Surely it would make sense to supply simple laminated reference sheets with basic instructions. I couldn't figure out how to get Foxtel, or the TV. None of the apps worked. No Youtube, no screen casting - nothing. Spending time troubleshooting tech problems is not the best way to start a holiday.
Also, the room I booked online via booking.com showed nice panoramic views. I checked in and had a faded Telstra sign on one side, and the side of a building with people looking at me for the entire stay.
Two other things - the balcony sliding doors were stuck, only one side opened. The dryer door was broken and would only work if I pushed it "up" after closing it. This needs to be fixed.

Location
Could not check in at the proper time , room was not ready, long wait time. Property is very dated, only two lifts, but only one was working. Took nearly 40mins before a lift came.

The pool and spa area was excellent and the gym looked fully equipped. It was handy having 24hr reception, especially as we arrived in the evening and parking was available.
The room was very comfortable but lacking any nice decor which made it look a little depressive.

Access by car was very difficult. The Parking area was not marked and unable to be located. No clear instructions were provided to locate the car park.

The room was spacious, clean and well stocked. It is located close to the Brisbane Mall, and within easy walking distance to Southbank and any other attractions which may be of interest to travellers.
