Access to the airport and the swimming pool which unfortunately was ice cold. A restaurant was conveniently on site. The room and bathroom were very clean with the required amenities although a bathrobe would have been a nice touch.
The room was cold and bland. I had no view and was obviously assigned to one of the least desirable rooms. I thought it was overpriced and would not stay there again. I have stayed at other ACCOR hotels as a loyalty member and have usually enjoyed the experience.

It was close to the airport
When I arrived I was told the carpet in the room was still a bit wet. It was soaking and I couldn’t get to the bed without wading through the wet area. The shower wasn’t warm at all and in the morning I woke to water leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom and onto the floor making it an ice skating ring. Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

We had to wait in a huge taxi line after 27 hours flying as the courtesy bus had ceased at midnight.

Disappointing
Near the sky gate so it was walkable to groceries, lunch, and coffee. Plus the bus route stops there.
Labeled as an airport hotel with a shuttle but the shuttle only operates one way for customers and it costs $8 per person.

Loved our stay.. will definitely stay again..
We had the executive suite and the pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable.
Not much sleep that night.

The room was great and so was the restaurant. My friend's flights got suddenly cancelled and the hotel was very accommodating and found them another room to stay in even if the hotel was fully booked.
It was farther away from. the Airport than I'd like. Had to pay a Taxi fee to go to the airport.

Drop off was very easy and early check-in was provided without fuss.
Checkout was a breeze and the staff offered us use of umbrellas which was greatly appreciated with the weather we had when we stayed.
The price is a little high but overall the place was good.
