Stayed here as a one night layover before catching the bus in the morning, the night reception staff (male staff member, I didn't catch his name sorry), was very very helpful, went out of his way to help us find a cafe to go to before the early morning bus. Room and bed was great no complaints

Nice sized rooms, with comfortable bed and everything else would need (TV, Air Con, Desk, and good internet). Good sized bathroom and only a short walk to station and city, with plenty of places to eat close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Super good value in price.
The property is a little dated and a bit further from the city that other places but value wise, is outstanding.

A lot of traffic noise. Pillows too high. Lack of security. Anyone could enter carpark and get lift to any floor. Not good enough.

Tv was fuzzy so couldn't watch certain channels.
Traffic on little edward Street very noisy. Windows frosted so couldn't look out without opening window and door.

The beds had mattresses on top of the old spring mattresses. Not comfortable at all. The pillows weren't any better.
