Travelled to Brisbane for medical appointment & stayed at the Meriton Adelaide Street - was very pleased with the room and service by staff - would definitely stay again.

The room I was given was amazing at first but had a very funky smell from the ac.
I was then later on offered a lower level room with city view.
Wasn’t too bad but I was very keen for river view

Victoria (Housekeeping Manager) was rude, intimidating, and a shame to the hotel’s reputation. Receptionist Sujan also acted unprofessionally, escalating the conflict instead of calming it. Extremely stressful stay.

Good quality, new-ish apartotel. Great easy location. Obviously a mix of long term rentals and hotel. I only wish they had standard supply of plates and glasses instead of 2 glasses, 3 plates, 1 bowl set up etc.
Car parking was off site and cost AU$45 per night extra

Close to city and valley, and to nearby walking and bike paths. Good security with lifts, pool good temperature and close to bus services and restaurants.
Not any room for our bikes in the bike enclosure as was full.

My room had a good view of the lake.
The hotel has a bar/restaurant with a deck viewing the lake.
The lam in restaurant was great too.
The property is a little old.
I had to pay for parking and breakfast. Although, I guess it is common in Queenstown.

Beautiful room. Really well appointed. Loved it
After I paid $45 for parking, I was told their carpark is full and I had to park a few hundred meters away in another hotel. If I had known this I would have parked in a different carpark for half the price
