The view! The room was extremely clean. The pillows were soft and fluffy but gave support. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The towels were soft and fluffy. The lift is quick. Walking distance to the valley and city.
The hallway leading to the room is a bit smelly. May be rubbish? The bed was a bit too firm for me.

Iv stayed there before and loved it. However, was in room 415 and it was like a jail cell, no view. Just looking at brick walls.

Clean and good value for money. Loved how they have washing machines and dryers in all rooms.
The washing basin in the bathroom doesn't drain properly I think it is blocked.

The location and spaciousness of the room was amazing. We loved the view. Elevator was fast and great availability. Staff were helpful warning us of an event the next day that closed down the street. Allowed us to make other parking plans and not get caught out when leaving.
There was a slight musty smell to the room when we first entered. It wasn't bad, but not pleasant either. Faded away after we opened some windows and aired out the room. Room style was very basic, but functional.
