Great location as I was in Brisbane for one night and one reason only, to meet up with folk I had not seen in 10 years. Felons was our meeting point which is only a 10 mins walk away from the hotel. So perfect.
I would have given an excellent response to all categories but finding long black hair on the bathroom floor mat was very off putting. I'm a blonde so I knew it wasn't mine.
I didn't really need a suite but it came up as a reasonable offer with my QANTAS flight booking. A hotel room would have been preferable.

The room was very comfortable and the location was perfect. I was so very comfortable for my stay and the peace and quiet of the location left me amazed that I was in the middle of Brisbane. So thank you for such amazing service.
The parking location was the only thing that had me off guard about my whole experience. Unfortunately I didn't se any other way about it. Realising that it is Brisbane and it is what it is.

The view was perfect and the service was impressive
Only thing is sad they don't have bath robes but that's what they do. The bed is nice and hard, personal preference, but the pillows could be a bit softer to balance out

Friendly, professional staff at check in, the apartment is spacious, very clean with super comfy beds and quality, spotless linen.
The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and basic toiletries provided.
Spacious wardrobes.
The apartment was quiet and it is great to have the option to open the windows for a super tiny bit, even on the 69th floor.
Not many apartment buildings allow this and it is a great touch.
The apartment is within walking distance from great landmarks, The Story bridge around the corner, two ferry stops nearby.
Everything was great, parking is off site, but not far, however a couple of minutes walk, parking provided on site to unload and reload luggage
As we used the ferries to navigate around the city it did not bother us much, however if you need to drive often from the apartment, it may be time consuming.
