I love its location easy walking to both Southbank and queens street mall. The food is amazing and the rooms are clean. The staff are really helpful. It’s the only place I stay when I’m in Brisbane !

Extremely friendly staff, very helpful in assisting with booking an additional night due to a change in our plans. Charles was very friendly when we went for a drink in the bar, giving us great suggestions of where to visit during our time in Brisbane. The room was comfortable, clean and had a great view of the river. The hotel itself is well situated for getting into town.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with my queries. The bed was quite comfortable.
The room itself and the overall cleanliness. The shower lacked a thorough clean, the basin was cracked, and the chair in the room had stains. When you stay in a hotel room, the bathroom should be cleaner than your home. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
