The location of the hotel was so close to everything we wanted to see and do. Just a quick walk to several restaurants and the children's playground, as well as close to a taxi rank and public transport. Wifi worked well in the room.

Unfortunately for us, I twisted my knee on the railway platform and this tendered to slow us down and our getaway was far from what we expected. The room was excellent and comfortable; we were able to do a little touring and had an early night.

Location is perfect, close to everything in South Bank. Room is large, lots of storage, with a little kitchenette that is handy. Breakfast was included and that was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Luggage was stored for us when we arrived before our room was ready and again when we check out, it was looked after until we left. Room was very quiet and comfortable, so we all slept well. The pool's glass side is fun, can wave to people whilst in the pool.
Pool and spa area needs maintenance. Pool light cover no longer attached, so exposed light under the water. Water is extremely murky and a scum had accumulated along the walls at the water line. Best not put your head under the water.
Hall ways are quite unclean. Like most mantras, they don't seem to stand the test of time and age is showing all through the building.

Staff were nice and accommodating when I asked for some colouring pencils and paper for my daughter on a rainy afternoon
Very comfy bed
No continental or buffet breakfast available to help yourself,, just menu based like a regular cafe.
The room was damp with no airflow through the bathroom so towels wouldn't dry, no dryer available.
The pool is quite old and needs repair and cleaning with lots of visible mould and calcium build up on the glass.

difficult to find as your sign is obscured by foliage, cost of valet parking a bit high. cigarette butts on verandah unsightly and bathroom dated.

They advertise that they have parking. However, it is not on-site. The parking is located at the Convention Centre, which is not even on the same block. You can organise valet parking for $50 extra a night, which is pointless if you only need your car when you arrive and leave.

breakfast is good enough you dont need to look just right on G level of the building. room is large enough. Location is on southbank Brisbane. you can't beat that.
There was a join room door. Lol event myself tried to open. and the room next door did the same. Maybe need some stickers to put up both side so you dont feel like some one try to get In
