The location
The kitchen had no bowls, strainers...made cooking in.the room tough....maybe add on salt and pepper otherwise it's all good...I cooked most times during my stay.

No bottle opener in room and unsure what the pool towel situation was. (We also didn't ask anyone about this to remedy).

Disappointing
Good central location. Staff were very helpful and polite.
Tired and smelt. Old furniture, The foyers smell like garbage. There is no way this is a 4-star hotel.

Disappointing
The bed was comfortable and kitchen tidy
I had requested an upgrade but did not get it, the staff said it was a problem with bookings.com not communicating that. This meant I did not get the bedding layout required. The floors were badly stained as was the sofa which made it feel dirty. The access to the shower was on a raised bathtub which was dangerous. I slipped getting out injuring my back. There was 24\7 construction outside on Mary street for our whole stay, this should have been communicated prior to booking and I would have changed hotels.

Location was nice and central for everything
Did not like the fact that they had someone stay there with measles and didn’t let anybody know about it on the app or website. Room was filthy and stained carpet

Great location. The room was very spacious - better than what we expected. Had a massive bath tub, king bed, views and a washer/dryer.
We knew the cross river rail project would have some extra noise, as per the warning the hotel provided, but it did seem to go on all through the night rather than stopping at the time they advised. We were hoping to secure parking for some of our stay and again, were warned that it wasn’t guaranteed only to be told later that the particular room we were in definitely had a car park assigned to it. They also shut off 3/4 lifts around peak check out time which made it difficult to access rooms if you forgot something. I was told someone had been waiting over 10mins for a lift.
