Pleasant
the location and the staff were great. Easy to access everything in South Bank. The pool was really nice, though not a lot of seating, but the times were really accessible.
there were long black hairs and clumps of hair all over our apartment, in the bathrooms, and some on the pillows, so it didn't give us the illusion of a clean place. The couch wasn't comfortable and there were any cushions or blankets to be more comfortable. The TV remote was either low on battery or just didn't work well and there were no replacement batteries. Because no google account was set up on the tv, you were stuck with the 2 app options for entertainment. The spa wasn't very warm so we couldn't stay in it for long.

Really great apartment with all the amenities you need for a place to settle into. Highly convenient and accessible with great places nearby, and comfy bed!

Excellent location close to entertainment and South Bank, indoor parking, well equipped and aesthetically pleasing apartment, comfortable bed and bedding, in-suite laundry, balcony, pool. Concierge quickly responsive via WhatsApp.
Walls in bathroom and drawers in kitchen needed cleaning to meet my standards, so I did that myself.

Nice building. Great area. Very nice leisure area with pool, hot tub and nice BBQ area with seating etc. apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable.
The kitchen was not well equipped and missing several items that would be helpful. Good paring knife, vegetable peeler etc. Also I was VERY disappointed that there was not a coffee maker or plunger (French press) available for use. There is only low quality instant coffee in the unit. Unfortunately the microwave was not cleaned from the previous guest and was dirty with tomato sauce. Also I was assigned an apartment with a horrible view of a brick wall offering very little light inside and somewhat depressing and unenjoyable to sit on the balcony and stare at a while prison like wall.

The first apartment smelled bad, had no daylight, and was very poorly cleaned. I had to change to another apartment, but unfortunately it was also badly cleaned. There was mold in some areas and stains on the bed sheets. Two out of three elevators were not working. The oven was broken. Overall a bad experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Exceptional
I was very positively surprised by this apartment because I just didn't expect it to be this good (and true to the description) for that low price given its location. It was absolutely lovely and the apartment was true to the photos. It's located in the centre of Brisbane 5 minutes from a central bus stop, a conference centre, shops and restaurants, the view was stunning (note that you will only have the view from one of the higher floors, I spent a few extra nights on the 5th floor which obviously doesn't have that view). It was very clean and equipped with everything you might need (kitchen appliances, cutlery and dishes, iron and ironing board, washing machine and dryer, oven, microwave, basic toiletries). The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked well. Staff was very helpful and friendly and I was able to extend my stay flexible via phone call as well as check in late at night by collecting my keys from a locker. Note that reception is only there between 8am and 8pm but with careful planning that shouldn't be a problem.

Location was fantastic! Excellent views. Great neighbourhood. Fantastic vibe and food around.
Could have been useful to have a flat pan for pizza in the oven. Every other utensil was there. Bed was quite lumpy and uneven. Pillows too big and hard.

We called to see if we could check in at 1.40pm and they declined that request for us to get to reception at 2.15pm and we ended up waiting 50 minutes in line to check in. Very disappointed with the response from staff to the wait. There were many faults with our 2 bedroom apartment including ripped carpet, wobbly tiles on the balcony, leaking showers, kicked in boards in the kitchen. The elevators took a long time to come and one was out of service to it made it even harder to get up and down.

Only thing was I know I accidentally left my ear phones behind but rang hotel and some how they were never found cleaning staff never found them

Great view of Brisbane skyline & location.
The property was too dusty, bedside lamp were extremely dusty & behind the bedside tables. There were quite a few maths in the carpet ms in the bedrooms.

Great location near the entertainment centre of Brisbane. Rooms clean, spacious and airy. Facilities good.
The smell coming from the takeaway store near the entrance was not too pleasant. Only a food smell but a bit pungent.
