The included lovely hot breakfast.
It had everything we needed except a Bible in the drawer.
The staff were helpful.
There were board games available in the open area near reception.
We could walk up from central station.
It would have been good to find a Bible in our room.

That our rooms had been cancelled even though I'd sent a message saying we're coming in the next morning. Room was dusty.

Room was clean and well appointed. Facilities were good including laundry and gym. Breakfast and staff were excellent. Location was central, walking distance to CBD with buses and trains nearby.
A lingering smell in the bathroom which I should have let staff know about. Otherwise excellent.

Terrible ventilation, we didn’t get the beds that we booked for. We chose 2 single beds but got a queen, had I known that was the case I would of spent money elsewhere getting what I wanted for my money

Better than expected. Large clean rooms in a good location.
Breakfast had plenty of choices but the hot food was cold!! Not sure if someone had forgotten to switch the Baine Marie on but it really was stone cold at 08.30.
