The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had excellent hot water will ample space in the shower. The host was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again very soon.

Comfortable beds and convenient location. Reasonably good value for money if that's all you're looking for.
Random patches of Blue-Tac all over the walls, including in the holes of the old telephone socket. Piles of soiled sheets in the stairwells for over a day before being collected. Drawers in bathroom cabinet screwed shut. There were couches on balconies - foam and fabric sitting outside in the Queensland weather and humidity, breeding grounds for mould. Had to turn sideways to get past the one at the top of our stairwell.
Despite what the photos show, there is no pool. Something about previous owner closing it, removing it, was actually on neighbouring property?
Three nights and rooms not serviced once.
We'd prepaid and actually tried to find an alternative place after we'd checked in and just take the loss but nothing was available

Friendly lady greeted me. Although there are stairs in the complex (no lift), they were happy to give me a room on the first floor, so minimal stairs. It was super clean, air con worked well, good supplies of tea, coffee, biscuits, milk pods. I had a modern stainless steel mini fridge with a separate freezer section with its own door which you don't see often. Free and adequate parking.
Just a warning, there is no lift! The lady offered to help me if I needed it, but I just had an overnight bag and was fine.

There were other guests smoking on the stairwells and outside their rooms. It stunk up the place, not to mention bad for health. Could smell from inside my room

Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful- found my lost bag and returned it intact. Their honesty and support was unbelievable. Beds were excellent; neighborhood very quiet and transport is very good.
Nothing- except the closure of the restaurant meant you have to travel to get food. This is not the fault of the owners or management.

The window was broken, stairs railing was wobbly, door was left unlocked, the room didn’t have enough blankets. Staff didn’t speak English that well.

Clean, tidy and well located for my purposes. I've stayed many times and will again. Comfortable bed, all the usual trimmings - tea / coffee etc. I see you're doing some renovations. Good for you. I loved the new bathroom!
I would have liked an iron in the room. There was an ironing board, but no iron. A random oversight I'm sure.

Room and bed were ok. Bathroom has had a recent renovation so it was fine but the rest of the room was in need of a serious refresh. We stayed there two nights but no refresh or restock of tea/ sugar. Upside was that Manager instantly responded to requests to replace a broken bulb and restock tea and sugar. No doormat meant wet shoes went straight onto the carpet.
Location is great and it is quiet.

Stayed here for 5 nights because my daughter is going to study here. I arrived past work hour and they notified me that they put my key inside my room. The staffs are so nice and helpful. Location is more to the suburb, but it's a nice one to stay when you need a break from the noise of the city. The bed, sheets, bathroom, and cupboard is clean, overall the room is neat! Very worth the price.
