The bed was very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. Appreciated the window that would open. Pool also lovely, and staff were welcoming and cheerful. The location next to the Glen Hotel restaurant was superb - this is a LOVELY place to eat for breakfasts and dinners. We'd come again just for that reason.
Our room (201) was extremely dark without the lights on as it was under a huge awning. I'm guessing this provides good shade in summer, but it meant that we didn't really want to spend any time in our room. We couldn't see the sky at all.

Great facilities and staff, and food is amazing.
This is not the Hotels fault. But unfortunately there seems to be more and more issues with rowdy and out of control lippy children from bad parenting. These spoilt entitled brats are left to run around at all hours impacting everyone's sleep. Additionally our first room was not cleaned very well. Probably due to some other previous discusting guests from the looks of it...But the very accommodating and helpful staff especially Jacob sorted out another room for us. Rooms starting to show age.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. We love the facilities- eg., donut and coffee stall and restaurant. It has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are well presented, professional and helpful.
The price seemed to have gone up alot in the last 12 months.

Lovely welcoming Italian guy at check in. The on site restaurants and drive through bottle shop were just perfect, we utilised a lot. Atmosphere of the hotel was awesome, music was great, very family friendly, choice of places to eat, great coffee. Hubbie would have liked to watch a game or two on the tv screens in the restaurant.
I know it was Easter, but our room was not serviced adequately, no replenishment of tea bags or toilet paper.

Great location. The rooms were exceptionally quiet, clean and a good size. The fact that it is attached to a very large and popular hotel made it easy for a meal and all up was a very good stay.
Apart from having to make sure you book a table at the hotel if you want dinner or breakfast, there is really nothing bad about it
