The location is very convenient within walking distance of the centre.
The unit was clean but dated sofa very uncomfortable bedroom inconvenient due to bed being too large for the room queen size would allow for night tables on both sides. AC noise. Kitchen clean fully stocked. Floor requiring replacement lots of broken laminate flooring tiles.

I loved that the place was very spacious, the balcony and view were good and ofc spacious as well.
Besides the construction noise here and there, I thought the place needed a bit of a deep clean, bit of dust here and there on the window sills and drawers. I had found a false eyelash in the freezer ?

Some items were left in the room from a previous stay. Pillowcases had some stains. But issues were rectified immediately.

The apartment is situated a 10 minute walk to Queen St Mall and 5 minutes to the Valley.
Well stocked kitchen for home dining.
No complaints at all.

Staffs are excellent and easy to deal with. Very good location. excellent place to stay with you visit Brisbane
What i did not like is a bed and couch. Couch is broken. Bed sheets to too small. kitchen floor got weird smell ?

The manager, Roger, was very helpful. The location was great for catching the trains, busses, and ferries.
The "full kitchen" was lacking in pans and dishes. 1 small pot, 1 medium pot, 1 skillet, no dishes or pans that could be used in the oven, and no hot pads (potholders).

The location was superb in Spring Hill close to riverside, story bridge, Felons, you name it...also getting to QUT 20 min walk to Garden's Point and take the shuttle to Kelvin Grove...very nice...also the pool was very good with 20m length and we did not mind it was indoors, actually well protected from the harsh intense sunlight...staff was very friendly and helpful, also did some minor maintenance repairs while we were there after we reported
the corridor where the apartment is always smells stuffy and damp. Likewise, the apartment has a scent that seems to be stuck there...opening windows over night does also not help. The interior was a bit spartan and anonymous but certainly for a short-term rental it is probably the way it is. Internet sometimes fluctuated with hours of drop-outs, called the provider, they had the line reset...did not help much, resolve but came back with issues at times...weird

Lovely outside balcony. Two bathrooms. Good AC. Helpful kind staff at front desk.
More attention needed to cleanliness, esp under sink, under beds, cupboards and bathroom corners and crevices.
