The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was well appointed and the views were stunning.
The lifts were so slow - only 2 for the whole building. The aircon filters looked like they had never been cleaned and the internet was very patchy. The pool area is great but there is no shallow end, other than on the stairs. If you're short or have children they may not be able to reach the bottom of the pool.

The staff were great, let us park the car early in the morning , rang us when the room was ready and we got access to the pool and lounge area after check out. The apartment was a great size with fantastic views, the 2 bedroom Parking is on site and secure. There is a pool, gym and pool table area to use. unit had 2 bathrooms and a good kitchen.
There are only 2 lifts for a lot of floors. One of the days we needed the lifts housekeeping were collecting linen and it took a long time to be able to get a lift as each time it opened they were full. The other times it was ok.

Absolutely amazing views from level 26, the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was clean and tidy and it was a massive upgrade from the very disappointing and disgusting apartment we were initially given on level 16.

The view was amazing staff where nice
I lifted the mattress to watch a movie with my children in the lounge room. Underneath the mattress was a glass crack pipe with drugs still in it. (I have attached photos)
We didn't touch it and I made reception aware.
My children saw and i had to explain what it was.
I was disguisted as I paid alot off money for the room with no apology from management or staff just took a photo of the photo I had taken.
I will be posting a review regarding this.
Also light bulb in bathroom didn't work bin under sink was disgusting and broken

What a view! Amazing location a short wander to Southbank and the city. Blackout blinds work a treat if the city lights get too much (or to help keep the kids asleep). Nice gym, bbq and games room with pool table and book exchange.
Parking costly for $40/day and spots tight and limited, but convenient and onsite and we always got a space. We didn't use the pool as it was in full sun in the middle of the day but other residents were happily in.

The view from the 6th floor apartment over the river was fantastic and I was so grateful to the staff for letting me into the room early as I had to leave at 4 am the following morning to return to the airport.
The airconditioning was a little drafty and cold at times but not a problem. Keep up the good work.
