Staff was friendly and apologetic re: booking error. Location was good.
We booked a two bedroom apartment and wound up with a one-bedroom. (Was attributed to Booking.com over-booking error) The error was not communicated in advance - even though we received a call that morning to confirm our arrival time. The roll-away bed that was brought in to the living room was uncomfortable for an adult and crowded the living space.

Handy location and reasonable stay.
The bathroom is old and needs cleaning and renovation. It was a bit dusty and the mattresses were not very comfortable.

the space and layout, the desk area was great, proximity to everything needed was excellent, would have booked longer if available.
difficulty finding locked box in garage area around the other side of the building from frontage with luggage etc. Photo would have been helpful.

The location was good
Didn’t bother to tell us that the pool & spa were out of order, that’s the only reason we booked this place.
Rooms were not very nice, bathrooms, walls etc were dirty.

The apartment was as described in layout
Cleanliness was awful. Trip to the bathroom at night revealed very large cockaroaches everywhere there was a drain. Opened the kitchen cupboard to make cuppa to find it also full of cockaroaches. There was some kind of dirty dust and chunks that continued to come out somewhere, waking to find it on pillows and bedding.

A convenient place to stay and well positioned near food outlets and hospitals. The suite has everything needed to be comfortable, including access to parking and staff willing to help during my stay.
The TV had an issue with the screen, but once reported, staff were very happy to assist.
