Gives more of a motel vibe rather than a hotel, the restaurant food could be more diverse and delicious. Drink options on the menu were a bit scarce

The property does have a café, restaurant, laundry, and other on-site facilities.
We travelled with friends on this trip and paid around $300/night for a one-bedroom villa. However, the quality and size of our room were noticeably different—compared to our friends'.
We raised this concern with the front desk but did not receive a clear or helpful response.
We were charged a security deposit and have yet to confirm whether it has been refunded.
The room itself had a ripped bathroom towel and a fleece blanket, which added to our disappointment.
Overall, we would not stay here again and do not recommend this property unless it’s absolutely your only option.

Great 2 bedroom quiet from traffic unit in a very convenient place for us. The unit was spacious and was great for 4 people.
The second bedroom that did not have a reverse cycle air conditioner needed a blanket as both people in that room were cold throughout the night.
The rooms were not all that soundproof as throughout the night you could hear the people in the unit above using the toilet and then flushing on our second night. This could be heard from both of our bedrooms.

The room had plenty of space and was clean and the water was hot. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you'd need.
My room card stopped working after I got back on a day and it was pouring rain.

The bed was a bit hard for us. I am a light sleeper, so the noice from Kessels road was full on. I wore ear plugs. We were not expecting the $200 bond. Is that written in your T & C's.
