My stay at the accommodation was comfortable. The staff named Chu was very friendly and kind, and I’m grateful for all the help I received during my stay.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, on site bar and pool which was comfortable to sit by and clean.
A little rowdy, definitely a bit of a party hostel but can’t complain too much with shared accommodation. The bathrooms for the private rooms were mixed gender, not a massive deal breaker but a little uncomfortable showering or using the sinks.

It was close with most things
Its smell like foot, there is no air conditionning like the booking said, the staff doesnt enforce the "quite hours" so be ready to hear every person scream at every hours of the night while they also slam their doors.

Noisy, couldnt sleep much at all, view was not as good at the picture due to worksites.

Great location nearby everything (Roma street station including trains to/from airport; CBD; river and parks, museums, malls/groceries). Big kitchen and common areas. Enough toilets/showers. Luggage storage service very easy and for free. Good staff and great communication at all times via WhatsApp. Ideal to meet other people both travellers and on working visas.
Swimming pool is more of a bathtub and not very clean. People talk and shout all night long (really all night long) in the corridors of the rooms instead of doing so in the common areas (so difficult to get a decent sleep). The whole structure would need a refresh, it starts to be rundown - price is high compared to what you get in other similar hostels elsewhere in Australia. Please note that there is a huge building under construction so it’s very noisy during the day especially outside in the common areas (but the issue affects all hostels in the same area - and of course it doesn’t depend on the hostel!).

Fairly good location with a nearby Coles and a quick bus to town.
Kitchen was chaotic and could’ve been cleaner - so many people trying to cook at the same time, even at off peak times of the day! Laundry was fine but had to hang up wet clothes in an alley without loads of space - someone threw quite a few of my wet clothes off the line too and so had to rewash them as the ground was super dirty. No soap in the bathroom for a few days and had to remind staff a few times to please replace it!

Very loud and no Space at all that you had the Chance to just be, phone read or anything. To packed with people, most Young doing traveling holidays.
The upper beds had no own lamps and no own possibility to charge a phone. That was very stupid situation i stayed 3 Nights in two different room but felt like never had any Chance to have the down bed cause of the working holiday people staying there longterm and no Space for my stuff eigher.
If I would have knows this before, I would have definitly stayed somewere else. Actually was hard to find any sleep there the last night cause also the Doors bang really loud.
