Staff were extremely helpful, understanding and easy to talk with. The room was very clean, bed quite comfy. All toiletries provided were excellent. We were staying in Chermside as my mum was undergoing a procedure at Prince Charles Hospital.
No biggy but mugs would have been better than the small cups and saucer. The cups were very small.

Location, cleanliness, service and price is what makes or breaks a property. For our needs, this location was perfect, room was clean and quiet, service was exceptional as we arrived after the office was closed so arrangements were made with no fuss. And the price was very reasonable for a family of 4. Will definitely stay here again.

There was no shower chair in the disabled shower so therefore I couldn't shower. The handle holds were unsafe.
