Good location with easy access to bus, train and ferry. Reasonable price. Clean. Unit with full kitchen, washer and dryer.
Very dated and repairs done were very noticeable. However this did not reduce our level of comforl. Bring your own pillow.

My two-bed apartment had plenty of space for everything, 2 bed rooms, living, ensuite and bathroom with full laundry facilities. 2 beds were comfy and large, central AC/Heating was great, kitchenette with stove made it possible for my wife to whip up breakfast & dinner for the 2 nights. Ground floor undercover parking and easy access to elevator was very useful. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels I checked around the area at that time
These are not so much issues, but things that can be improved
1) Ensuite did not have an exhaust fan so the mirror was fogging up
2) Could not locate where the in-room telephone was as I wanted to request extra toiletries from reception. So had to go and meet reception in person

Location as I needed to be close to the Chasely Hospital.
Bed was very uncomfortable had to use pillows from the couch to make it somewhat bearable.

Great location, friendly and easy going check in process.
The building has seen better days. A kitchen cabinet door had a broken hinge, ceiling paint was a bit tatty. Pillows were too soft (perhaps that's a personal preference). However, the price was in line with the product and nothing about the marketing was misleading.

Location and ability to park easily was our main requirement and we got it.
Were able to open the blinds to allow lots of sunshine into the room.
The smell inside the building - An old dusty smell.
When we got out of the lift on the first floor there was a really bad smell. Really nasty. It was gone by the following morning. Maybe worth getting rid of the carpet everywhere.

Good location for train station access
We booked 2 apartments.
The 2 bedroom apartment was very dated and poorly maintained. Musty old smell to apartment.
Kitchen bench cracked, power points cracked.
Carpet has large humps forming trip hazards.
Old soiled furniture in lounge room.
The 1 bedroom apartment was well presented and nice.

Repeat visit for us to Chasely Apartments. A good city pad in an excellent location - close to amenities by car, public transport or foot. Nice having the river walkway across the road for a walk into the city or to South Bank. Staff were very helpful.

The place is old and needs a lot of work. The windows do not block any noise, even at the back of the hotel. You can hear every vehicle all hours of the night. The room smelt musty and there was rubbish under the bed from previous guests.

Comfortable clean and roomy apartment with all facilities and easy parking in the basement. Close to the ferry into the city. Great for getting around by car.

Obviously has suffered some water ingress prior to Ex Tropical Cyvlone Alfred as a lot of damage was old.
