The room was a lovely surprise to walk into. It was roomy, airy and clean. and very stylish. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was amazing as we were 48 stories high. We appreciated and enjoyed the welcome pack of nibblies and the beautiful non alcoholic wine.
There was no dressing mirror. The taps were very hard at first to work out to get hot water. The leather couch was very uncomfortable which left us feeling sticky. The tv had limited viewing. The corridors around the hotel becomes a wind tunnel. The toilet seat and lid were broken and slid about. There was no drinking water in the room.

I loved the location. I loved the access to the bbq the staff was friendly
I didn't have a view and was staring at the other building. The cleaning staff didn't clean the bathroom properly. The wifi kept disconnecting, even after the technician came twice to reset the router. The gym is so small with minimal equipment The pool is tiny, only suitable for kids.

Great location. No balcony which is great for families with toddlers.
Couldn’t feel the air conditioning in the small room. Needs a fan for air flow, as it is too stuffy.

I love staying in this beautiful apartment clean and comfortable beds location is perfect with a wonderful view thank you for Alexia in reservation desk she is very nice and helpful , I love definitely to stay again

Location of the building is great to explore Brisbane - I would definitely stay here again. . The room was very large - I ended up getting 2 bedroom unit just for myself. It's equipped with everything you need and if I was staying longer, I would have used the kitchen and the laundry in unit. The air conditioning in my room worked really well - it was super humid during my time in Brisbane but inside the unit was perfect to cool off and sleep comfortably.
My unit seemed to have an issue with hot water. I tried to get a hot shower in the evening and again in the morning and even when I left it running, the water never got warm. The elevator is slow but not as bad as other reviews comment on. The building is a little confusing to find when walking Apple Maps when walking so look for signs.

facilities not up to the mark. like utensils were old /broken. Soap, shampoo quality very poor. Needs to be serviced more regularly.
