Free parking, good wifi and the room was comfortable.
Being hassled to checkin online, then receiving text messages requesting to know exactly what time we would be leaving. Your checkout is 10am. We will leave before that when we are ready.

That when you wanted the room cleaned and towels changed on day 3 it was barely cleaned. Rubbish still left from last night’s takeaway. Small dirty hand towel folded and put back on shelf.

The area was fantastic and having the water with the fish, turtles, ducks and eels in the water just outside was amazing.
The car parking was small and very difficult to move in.

The room itself was quite okay. It was clean and tidy.
This hotel really didn't represent value for money. It was very expensive for its location and amenities.

beautiffully set up room and all the appliances. The wardrobe was a little small but only if you were there for a long stay.
Would love to see more water added to the fridge for the guests. (complimentary of course.)
The room would have been worth its rates if the lake was a feature. Keep the dining table clear of paraphenalia please.

Great hotel! Pretty spot on the lake! very close to all amenities around Northlakes! Rooms were clean and well appointed. Bathroom was good! All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
