Wonderful
High ceilings, artwork, proximity to public transport, range of neighouring restaurants
Beds are still too soft... But otherwise fine.

Very Poor
First of all they do not have ice. When I called to ask where I could get some they told me to go to the IGA several blocks away. Second, the toilet is in a small closet in the bathroom that also has an air duct taking up half of the space. It is very awkward to use. Coffee was either decaf or espresso. The bathroom had a large window that faced the bed. So like get from the bathroom was very annoying if you were trying to sleep. They did not have Kleenex. There was nobody to help us get our bags to the room. Overall the property was not as expected and offered no response to my complaint.

Poor
Very comfortable bed
Gentleman who checked us in was lovely
Microwave/toaster/kettle in room
Large rooms
Very close to nearby medical facilities
Nice outdoor pool
This is not a luxury hotel worth $290 per night
Taps and shower screamed when turned on
Hotel has an odd, uncomfortable feeling about it
No food and beverage on site

Lovely pool area. Nice and modern. Was an unexpected surprise! Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Parking was a joke! Could barely fit into the spot without damaging my vehicle.

Wonderful
The room was very comfortable with a nice view over spring hill. We were north facing so had beautiful sun light the whole time. The bed was very comfortable and the 50 meter pool and deck area was very spacious. Also North facing.
The only gripe is that the TV is not smart. Nor is it connected to any streaming devices or Foxtel. It meant that when we stayed in to relax we only had the option of watching free to air TV like we're in the 90's.

Good
Friendly staff and nice architecture, good location to the Valley.
Broken iron, no private bathroom (glass doors) hair on floor on carpet. Fridge wouldn’t stop beeping had to send someone up. Most annoying thing is they kept my security deposit for way too long (it’s 2025, instant money, except when staying at a hotel) very expensive parking at $30. They also got the booking name wrong and said my daughter booked it and wanted her ID! Very little information on where to get food in the area.

Good
Friendly staff and lovely architecture.
When I checked they had my daughter as the person who booked and wanted her ID and only wanted to checkin one room and the other when she got there. I had to show them all my correspondence to prove I booked it all.
The fridge was not working properly and beeping but the fixed it really fast. Found it hard to find any hotel info like if they had room service or breakfast, or how much for a massage.

Poor
The gym and pool were excellent.
Initially we were put into Room 201 which looked nothing like the photo’s (see attached). The room was dark with no ceiling probably due to mould and no sunlight. Worst of all, it was looking directly at a homeless persons campsite. My family didn’t feel safe in the room due to all of the junkies lingering around right outside our room. When we spoke to the person at the front desk, we were told that there is nothing that we can do about them. I told them that I understand that but there is something you can do about us. Long story short, we ended up in the Penthouse for the first night of 7 which was lovely but then we had the inconvenience of having to move again the next morning.
Later, we checked the Hotels reviews on Trip Advisor and we found that this room had been reported/reviewed back in July 24 (10 months ago) and the Hotel Managers response was “Your comments are important to us and we will address these concerns to improve our guest experience’.
They were also very stingy with 3 tiny dinner plates, 3 tiny breakfast bowls, 3 cups and 3 sets of cutlery.

I stay here often to be near my mother who lives in Gregory Terrace and needs help. This time mum paid. It is so handy to everything I need.
Would like ice in the bedroom for my whiskey. I have to bring it from mum’s place!
