We had the two bed 2 bath apartment, it had everything you would need for a short stay, shower pressure was good but I prefer a removable shower head when not washing my hair, bed linen was crisp and clean, the reception girls were probably the friendliest reception ladies I have ever met, gave recommendations on where to eat and went above and beyond to be friendly
The housekeeping could have been better, the fan was very dusty and the side of the bed had lots of dirt and dirty skirting boards, if you looked closely the room does need some updating however for sleeping and showers it does the job

Te welcome at reception was excellent. They were able to accommodate our wish to have an apartment in a specific area. The apartment was clean and well equipped for our brief stay. The location is a favourite. West End is a great area for cafes, restaurants and interesting shops. It is well-connected to the CBD with excellent public transport services and the popular area of South Bank is a short walk. The permanent tenants were friendly and welcoming. In all, a very pleasant stay. Rest assured, we will be back. Thank you.

Very good location. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets. The apartment was nice.

Clean apartment but there was a smell in the main bathrooms of dirty pipes...
Sheets and pillows were good.
Fridge and oven - clean. The second bedroom was great with an own bathroom.
The view was ok, nothing to rave about as we were on a lower floor.
The biggest problem we (and other people) had is that if you check in after 5:00pm there is nobody there. The key pick up system is not exp[ained well at all! A piece of paper with the steps how to do it would help. There were 10 people trying to get their keys and it was a very unpleasant experience! We had to call the staff so somebody came and we finally checked in after 45min of issues with payment and box code not working. There must be a better way of checking in...
There is a skyscraper been build next door and the building noise starts at 6:00am!!! Good luck of having a holiday with a late lying in bed if you wanted to...
The painting of the Arena apartments buildings were noted when we arrived in the room, so one morning there was a tradie on our balcony. Not ideal but understandable... Should've mentioned this during booking and a small discount should've been offered.
Location: not too far away from restaurants and bars but the park next door is a tent city of homeless people and it feels dangerous at night coming back late in the dark. There was screams one night... We used Uber after that.

Th room is perfectly done and welcome with fresh smell. The location was 6mins walk to the venue I go to for conference. Room is equipped with the appliances needed and convenient location to shops, bus and train station. I really enjoyed the accommodation as a first-time user.

Location was good, it was slightly closer to the West End than to South Bank, which was nice, but had us aware of our surroundings. There are some great placed to eat nearby and being close to the river/South Bank and it's facilities was great. The king bed was two single beds pushed together and was rather comfy. The apartment was bright and clean on arrival, with great views of the city skyline.
We experienced some minor issues with check in - notification of their processes, not clearly listing which level our apartments were on, having two apartments on the one booking but only receiving instructions for one of the apartments. We were lucky that the after hours service was available, as they were also able to provide a second set of keys which we otherwise wouldn't have had.
