Felt dated, balcony and windows are dirty, reception and rooms smell a bit like damp air conditioning, strange electrical plugs tucked under desk, skuff marks on the walls, coffee table and chairs on the balcony would be a nice touch.

The team on reception were incredibly helpful and delightful to deal with. The location is superb, close to so many things, yet quietly tucked away from busy areas.

Clean and modern room.
Free tea, coffee, and juice in the room.
Great location for night life in Fortitude Valley.
Car parking was limited and a little too expensive.
In my opinion $20 is a fair price for parking.
