Wonderful
Limited car parking. Older but clean and comfy venue with self checkin. Great location, easy to navigate to and great meals across the road at bowls club.
One of our 3 rooms must have been changed after receipt of email as pincode didnt work. Helpful staff on site corrected this and advised of the new room number and access code then worked fine

Was clean and tidy friendly staff.
The only problem we booked with a sofa bed is what we needed. Went to use the sofa bed but was unable to use it as it had no mattress in it, so we couldn't use.
