Good location. The restaurant only operated 3 hours in the evening but the staff was super and efficient. Best part of our hotel stay.
Nice pool but no pool towels.
All digital entrance and we had a bit of difficulty getting our code with an international telephone and needing to change emails etc... Just stressful without front counter check in.
The room was dated and the window curtain kept falling off.

Large step to get into the room and also a random one inside. Poor ventilation in the bathroom and the one vent that was in there had toilet paper stuffed into the hole. Bugs in the shower due to ventilation and slime mould in corner. Poor soundproofing could hear cars on highway all night and broken glass near the entry way.

Location to the airport.
The check in process was all electronic and you need a cell phone. We did not have a plan in Australia which was a bit of a problem when checking in. Lesson learned!!

Convenient for last minute bookinh
Was charged twice for my breakfast and went back to the restaurant only 1 transaction on their machine although 2 exact payments taken out of account was rectified a few hours later
Went to take bags down at 9:30 came back for rest & was locked out although check out is 10am Housekeeping let me back in

It’s in a nice area, central to airport & city. Bed was comfortable
No lift, had to lug heavy bag up & down the stairs. As a disability support worker I feel there should be wheelchair access to all rooms. Self check in is okay but make sure the details are sent beforehand,as I had 11am early check in and had to ring up to find out how to get in.

Ideal situation for travellers who need to fly out from Brisbane. They have a restaurant in house or if they aren't open there is a restaurant in walking distance.
Should have 2 chairs in the rooms as it would save people from sitting on the beds.
